  13. My son and I have just become gluten free and I’ve found yummy recipes here. My favourite thing though mix your own flour! That I’ve printed up and keep in my kitchen. There are so many new flours to learn about when moving to a gluten free life and I’ve found that resource, with all of the descriptions of the flours and raising agents, stabilisers etc to be really helpful. I have a thermomix too so can mill my own grains to make and mix my own flours.

  22. I absolutely love the beauty of your site! The photograpy is amazing and I just watched your video on how to assemble the Gingerbread Folk house. The video is a visual feast – the set is so beautifully decorated and it is edited so well. I have the kit in my cupboard so I was thrilled to watch it as I have never put a gingerbread house together before and was a bit unsure. Now I can’t wait to build it with my kids!
