Um, one thing. It seems a little ironic to talk about Celiac`s disease… and spell it coealiac`s. Perhaps it is spelled differently where you live? You can feel free to erase this, I just wanted to point it out because I get really aggravated when I leave typos. I don`t want you to get stressed by seeing this later!
