You need one!
Ah the toaster bag, what a brilliant invention! I can now have toast wherever I go.
It is no secret that many GF breads need a bit of encouragement to help them taste alright. Toasting is usually the way to go, but a contaminated toaster or grill is a sure fire way to get sick. Alas the toaster bag comes to our rescue. Small, flat, thin, practically weightless and fits into any bag, glove compartment, hey it even does the trick as a bookmark!
Some restaurants offer GF bread but have no option for gluten-free toasting. If you have a toaster bag you’re safe.
Go nowhere without it, and ye shall not go hungry π
I am from New Zealand, where would one be able to purchase such a toaster bag?… π

Hi Rachel,
I am afraid I don’t know where you would be able to find them in New Zealand.. I have had a lot of questions about these from all over the planet, so I have arranged for a shipment which is now under way. I will post a notice on the Thank Heavens Facebook wall as soon as they arrive, and I will make them available for sale. I hope this helps π

I’ve just bought the toaster bags from the New Zealand Coeliac Society. I must admit I hadn’t thought of taking one in your handbag just in case! Will pass that tip onto my Coeliac daughter.
